To create your new website we will require some information from you to help us complete the content. We cannot start the process until we have received all the completed forms from you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Content Form 1 - Contact Details
Explanatory Notes:
Please answer all the questions, we understand we may have information already.
- Name & Email - The contact details we will need for you on file
- Business Name - This may be different to the name on your website
- Contact Phone Number - This may be different to the name on your website
- Legal Status of Your Business - for example, Sole Trader, Limited Company, Public Limited Company - we need full name and company Registration number if applicable
- Registered Office - Applicable if you own a Limited Company - this address will need to be on your website
- Do you have a Domain Name - If you have an existing website you will need to transfer it to Webalar (it will remain your property) if you want us to find the best domain name for you tick yes on the next question.
- Website Phone & Fax Number - Include all phone numbers you want to see on our website, for example, landlines, mobiles, fax, free phone numbers
- Website Primary Email Address - This is the email where all contact from the website will go - we can use your domain name for your email address for example; sales@yourdomain.co.uk - you choose the first part of the address, for example, sale, info, mail, your name. Call us if you have any questions
